For private individuals the minimum purchase is 30 € and 6 € are charged if the order amounts to less.
-CREDIT CARD (CIBERPACK) : The payment of the purchases on Internet must always be made with VISA, Mastercard and cards from the Caixa de Pensions.
The payment system with Safe Server, guarantees the confidentiality and safety of all the information. The new system Safe Purchase enables safely identifying the customers who purchase on Internet.
This system compiles with the new standards of safe electronic commerce adopted by the international brands of Visa and Mastercard with the aim of guaranteeing the ownership of the purchaser. From now on, the sales you make through the internet payment service Cyberpac of "la Caixa", with cards issued by "la Caixa" or any other national or foreign bank which identify that the card holder is authenticated, will be managed by this new system. In these cases, neither the card holder nor the bank that issued the card may claim or argue the acknowledgement of the purchase, or request the retrocession of the operation with the reason "operation not authorised by the card holder".
Steps to follow:
Select the button PURCHASE Products; compatible, recycled, laser and ink, photographic paper and Batteries; search for the product or products to purchase and formalise the order. Fill out the form and select the option CYBERPACK and purchase. The bank page automatically opens where, once the customer has decided which articles he wishes to purchase, he must insert the number and expiry date of his card.
The following step is the verification of the customer's ownership on behalf of the bank who issued the card, either by means of an automatic phone call to the customer's mobile phone, by means of requesting the customer's pin number or by any other safe identification method chosen by the card's issuing bank. Finally, if the customer is identified, the safe purchase transaction will proceed.
The implementation of this new service does not imply a change or modification in the usual procedure, although it will be necessary to continue to ensure that when delivering the articles the person who receives them is really the holder of the card with which the purchase was made (request of ID and credit card). The documentation that proves the delivery was made to the right person must also be kept; all with the aim of achieving a more favourable environment for electronic commerce.

When the customer has an account number he must send a copy of the bank receipt by e-mail to dragonprint@dragonprint.es or by Fax to + 00 34 977207862 as proof that he has paid the order and this will be automatically proceeded.
- PAYMENT ON DELIVERY: In this case the customer must take into consideration that when the product is delivered he must pay the invoice cash and that the transport man or postman does not carry change, therefore he must have the exact amount prepared.
